What started as a passion for local food and the love of a good drink, Skip Rock Distillers is fast becoming a well-known brand in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Every bottle produced by Skip Rock is hand made from scratch, using local ingredients wherever possible. When ingredients must be sourced from other states we buy directly from farmers who produce the highest quality crops, and we work hard to develop strong relationships that will last.
We love Montinore's certified organic & biodynamic wines from their family run winery in the Willamette Valley. Their Muller-Thurgau can be purchased from our bottle list.
Brewing from Astoria, OR, they provide our restaurant with damn good beer, and Bouy strives to create tremendous space and culture for our community to enjoy with us.
Jessika & Jared own and operate Starvation Alley - the first organic cranberry farm in Washington state! They also provide Adrift and [pickled fish] a steady supply of pure locally harvested cold pressed cranberry juice, which we love mixing into our cocktails or drinking straight from the bottle!
For more than a century, 2bar has stood for quality, independence and hard work. Today, Nathan Kaiser is applying those characteristics to 2bar fine crafted spirits.
One of our favorite breweries, just down the street! We carry their bottled beer in the Adrift Hotel lobby and pour a couple taps at [pickled fish] on rotation. Or bike to their taproom for a full flight of North Jetty goodness during your stay!

The Ollie, smooth silver tequila and citrus notes are balanced with a sweet and spicy kick from muddled jalapenos and agave syrup. Supports the Long Beach skate park.
