The Adrift hotel in Long Beach, WA is the perfect little haven away from the world. | AD

Nestled in the heart of Long Beach peninsula offered us a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Upon arrival, we enjoyed complimentary locally roasted coffee, crafted teas, and fruit infused water in the lobby. The hotel also provided us cruiser bikes to use when exploring the beach town.

While we were looking to unwind, we headed to the dog-friendly pool house to find a barrel sauna, heated saline pool, cold plunge shower, full-service spa, and a fire pit to warm up and enjoy a glass of wine. Speaking of alcoholic beverages, we checked out Adrift Distillers where they offered us free tastings as hotel guests. They produce local spirits that weave the story of the landscape into every bottle.

After a few tastings we headed to Pickled Fish, the top floor restaurant with its stunning views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We tried a few local drinks made with alcohol from the distillery. Then indulged in fresh seafood dishes like fried oysters, Dungeness crab cakes, roasted beef flatiron, and a seafood broth. Sip, savor, and eat local!

With just a short walk away, we ended our relaxing day at the beach letting Enzo run free, enjoy flying kites and horses trotting down the sand. It was the perfect location for a Washington beach staycation.

Walk the discovery trail, many miles of beauty.

Ended the evening watching the sunset from the room & enjoyed the 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐬𝐡 pizza and the 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐟𝐢𝐬𝐡 pickledfishrestaurant for live music from 7-9.
